If I only have the free package can i still access the same videos as the premium packages?
YES, you can still access all videos that premium can access. The only difference if that premium Sprucelings can get access to hands-on packages send to them every week depending on the hobby you take.
Can I do multiple hobbies at once?
YES, you are allowed to access all hobbies at once but to achieve more intermediate levels in each hobby you have to complete each level thoroughly.
How are the videos shown selected?
Each video is specially picked by our team as we have reviewed several videos and chose the ones that have the best learning experience and best feedback.
What can I do with the daily tokens ?
You may collect the daily token to exchange for a discount for the premium package, for every 20 tokens you collect you are entitled to a 10 % discount. Only one redemption per purchase.
I've purchased the premium package but my package have not arrived.
We aim for all packages to arrive at the first day of every month, but it may get delayed at the post-office. If you still do not receive your package in a weeks time, our Support Team can help. How does the "Works" feature work ?
